Janine Jones

Global Purchasing
With more than two decades experience in purchasing and supply chain management, Janine joined in 1998 as Group Purchasing Director and was promoted to a member of the Senior Executive reporting to the CEO in 1999.
Prior to joining Avon, Janine held the positions of Supply Chain Director at Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd and Vice President Group Purchasing at Hoover European Appliance Group (then a member of the Maytag Corporation), and has also held senior purchasing roles within Harman Motive (now Harman Becker) and AB Electronics Ltd.
Janine was a key contributor to the management led buyout of Avon Automotive from Avon Rubber plc in August 2006.
Janine studied at the University of Glamorgan for her Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies in 1990 and her MBA in 1992.
